THERE IS A $25 ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE FOR ALL ATHLETES. THIS REGISTRATION FEE COVERS INSURANCE LIABILITY AND PROCESSING FEES, AND IS REQUIRED BY THE AAU TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY AAU SPORT.
Memberships are valid from September 1 to August 31 and must be renewed annually. All registrations expire on 8/31 and must be renewed to continue diving for the next annual AAU season. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding AAU registration.

Prince William Aquatics Center
Diving Lessons 
Session 1: September 7 – January 25
Sunday – 12 weeks + meet on January 25

Beginner – $295 (includes  meet)
12:30- 1:15 PM (45 minutes)

Divers will focus on basic technique, approaches, positions, takeoffs and entries. We ill work on progressions for forward and back dives, somersaults and inwards.

Advanced Diving – $565 (includes meet) 
1:15- 2:45 PM (1.5 hours)

Divers will build upon skills from lessons, working to add additional dive categories, building higher degrees of difficulty and perfecting current dives

ADD Dryland to any session and SAVE

Must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle to participate

Stafford Diving

$415 – dive + January meet entry included

Dryland
and

Dryland training will be held on Monday’s at Renaissance Montessori School located at:
12625 Fitzwater Dr, Nokesville, VA 20181 (20 minutes from Colgan and 35 minutes from Rouse).

Dryland training helps divers learn, practice and perfect their dives while homing in on particular skills, using trampolines, foam pits, crash mats, spotting belts and spring floors. It is a vital component to advancing a divers skills. Dryland will include 15 minutes of physical conditioning geared toward diving, and an hour of skills practice. All Skill Levels Renaissance Montessori School (Nokesville, VA)

Sessions 1:  September 8 – January 12
Mondays
13 weeks $488 6:15 – 7:30pm (1.25 hours) 


Add dryland as 2nd day and SAVE
13 weeks – $455
**This option is for divers that are enrolling in dive and adding dryland as a second training day.
